Another Hard Night, Better Day

Up again in the night with stomach pain, no ketones but high blood sugar. We had to give Maura insulin, she was not happy about that but she was able to sleep some. Not so for mom and dad. I can't remember when I last slept well. Being on vacation 2 weeks before this happened depleted my reserves. I guess the Lord knows what we can handle but I think He thinks too much of me.

She is great today, we went to church and she has had a great attitude about her shots all day. We bargained a fruit pop (just fruit and juice) for her running around outside. It is low carb but since her BG was above 150, the exercise will keep her blood sugar down. Hoping for a quiet night.
